Awning blinds stop the sunlight before it even reaches the glass.

They are perfect for keeping rooms cool and reducing the heat from the sun for south-facing windows on sunny days. VELUX Awning blinds are easily fitted, from inside (so no need to climb on the roof to fit it), and it rolls out of sight into its casing at the top when not in use. The fabrics are weather resistant, and net fabrics 5060 and 6060, not only provide effective protection against the heat, but also allow diffused light into the room.

The VELUX Blackout Blind DKL is the ideal blind for when you want to turn day into night.

As well as being opaque, the Blackout blind runs up and down the window in aluminium side channels. These are designed to prevent daylight from passing in around the edges.

The VELUX Blackout blind also features an aluminium foil that reflects excessive heat from the sun, whilst retaining heat within the room. Ideal for bedrooms; it's the perfect blinds for long lie-in and afternoon naps.

The VELUX Venetian Blinds PAL are ideal for humid rooms such as bathrooms and kitchens. VELUX Venetian blinds can control the direction and amount light entering a room, and are fully functioning, allowing you to raise, lower and tilt the blind slats.

Operated by a control bar and knob, smoothly operating the blind in any roof pitches, even if the window is open.

• Electric Blinds can be bought for an additional £105.75 - these can only be used with electrically operated VELUX Integra Electric Roof Windows.
• The aluminium slats are 35 mm wide
• Slats can be tilted 180° for maximum control of light.
